Product Description The Orbis Table Lamp has a frosted milk-glass globe that nestles into a metal cup-like form sitting atop a turned stem and disc. Inspired by a vintage piece, the lamp is a wonderful example of Mid-Century Modern design, specifically the popular "Globe Lamp" style prominent from the 1950s through the 1970s. The shape is minimalist, geometric, and functional, providing soft, diffused, and uniform light. Grounding the fixture is a turned wood base in a walnut finish.
